Processing Time: As every item is handcrafted and made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. We will notify you once your order has shipped.
Domestic (US):
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express shipping: 2–3 business days
International (27 countries via USPS & DHL Express):
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. H.A.N.D. Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
