📦 Refund Policy

All sales of handmade artisan goods are final, as each piece is one-of-a-kind and made to order. However, we stand behind the quality of every item.

We will offer a full refund or exchange if:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken
• You receive the wrong item

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of delivery at israel@handcollective.org (cc: mathew@handcollective.org and shinehah@handcollective.org) with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, as each piece is handcrafted and cannot be restocked.
